Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days, and Canada is 5–10 business days. Crys Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen. Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
