At Crys Studio, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Returns on Lash Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, all lash products—including lash extensions, DIY lash clusters, lash serums, and lash shampoos—are not eligible for return. Once these products are opened or used, they cannot be resold or restocked, and we are unable to accept any returns or issue refunds for these items.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will review the case on an individual basis and may offer an exchange for the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective product.

Please contact us at crystal@crysstudio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. Upon review, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item. Exchanges will only be processed for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lash products (including lash extensions, DIY lash clusters, lash serums, and lash shampoos)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items
